We ship to almost every country and region worldwide. Every parcel is carefully checked and securely packed before it leaves us.

Handling time

• After payment confirmation, we process your order within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
• Custom-printed jerseys require an extra 1–2 business days of production.
• Handling may take a little longer on weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times by region

Standard delivery is around 7–15 business days in total, sometimes a little longer to remote areas. These are estimates, not guarantees, as local customs can affect delivery.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are based on weight and destination and are shown automatically during checkout. Special promotions or free-shipping offers are applied at checkout.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we automatically send you a tracking number by email and WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel online. Note: the first tracking update can take 24–72 hours to appear.

Customs & import duties

Orders are shipped internationally. Any customs duties, import VAT or handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged by your local customs. The amount varies by country – please check your local import rules before ordering. We declare the true value and cannot be held responsible for local customs fees or clearance delays.

Express shipping

Faster express shipping is available on request (typically around 3–7 business days depending on the country, possibly with an extra fee). Contact us before or just after ordering and we will confirm availability and cost.

Important notes

• Please double-check your shipping address and contact details. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
• If a parcel is reported lost or remains undelivered for a long time, contact us and we will open an investigation and find a solution.
